On-Location Headshot Photography

Ideal for teams and companies that want a cohesive, professional look, brought directly to your office or event space. This is the package most companies book, and for good reason: no studio commute, no scheduling around a photographer's calendar, no lost work hours. Employees sign up for whatever time slot works for them and never have to leave the building. It's non-disruptive to the workday, everyone has their photos in hand by the next day, and every session runs at a 100% satisfaction rate.

1. WHAT IS EDITED IMAGES Vs RETOUCHED IMAGES?

Edited images are color-corrected and enhanced for tone, exposure, and balance. Retouched images go further—refining skin texture, removing blemishes, and reducing shine for a clean, professional finish.

2.HOW DO I CHOOSE A BACKDROP COLOR AND WHAT TO YOU SUGGEST ?

Anything but white or black! I can confidently say I think white, for headshots, takes a lot of perfecting and at high volume it looks cheap and black is too moody for headshots. Tans, Brown, Blue, Crimsons, Gray, or dark colors (not bright). If your brand has a color or palette something complementary is a great start.

3. What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

A non-refundable deposit secures your session. If you reschedule with more than 48 hours’ notice, your deposit transfers to the new date.

4. Do you offer digital files, prints, or albums?

Yes—every client receives a private online gallery for downloading, sharing, and ordering professional prints or albums. All orders are reviewed before printing for quality assurance.
